In the light of the cutbacks in ODA in Spain, 12 local organizations working in the field of health , including Tenemos SIDA, sent a letter of concern to the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trinidad Jim\u00e9nez. We consider any cutback of Official Development Assistance to be not only dramatic, but if the cutback affects basic social services such as health, it becomes irrecoverable.<\/p>\n
