Salud por Derecho Foundation was among these organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The document reminds the EU that the current incentive systems fails to generate sufficient R&amp;D, and also the commitment countries did on spending at least 0.01% of GDP on government &#8211; funded R&amp;D to\u00a0address the needs of developing countries.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore,\u00a0the 23 NGOs urges the EU\u00a0 to take a leadership role in Global Health R&amp;D within the EU and worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>You can find a full view of the document endorsed <a
