Our team at Salud por Derecho has been working throughout this year to improve our communications and messaging, to better tell the story of who we are, what it is we do and how we get there. Our goal is to always connect with our constituency and to make sure we are providing useful and relevant information for our readers, those who are behind each email and each newsletter that we send.<\/p>\n
As an organization dedicated to advocacy and awareness-raising, it is important that what we communicate has an impact and serves to inform the general public and stakeholders about key issues but also influences those with decision-making power to stand up for the right to health.<\/p>\n
Our new campaign, \u201cWE IMAGINE, WE DEFEND, WE MAKE A CHANGE\u201d seeks to draw attention to what is needed from each of us to bring about long term change and truly contribute to making the right to health a reality for all people.<\/p>\n
First, we have to IMAGINE that a better world is possible, a world where all people have access to quality basic health services. However, it is not enough to simply imagine, or dream of a more just health system; we must take action to DEFEND the right to health, by putting our voices, resources, and capabilities behind concrete strategies that can ultimately contribute, little by little, to making a CHANGE.<\/p>\n
