At Fundación Salud por Derecho, depending on the category of data subject involved, we process the information you provide us with for the following purposes:
- PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS: To manage the potential commercial and/or professional relationship, to handle the sending of requested information and/or respond to inquiries submitted, and to provide offers of our services and/or products that may be of interest.
- CLIENTS: To manage the commercial and/or professional relationship and to provide offers of our services and/or products that may be of interest.
- SUPPLIERS: To manage the commercial and/or professional relationship.
- JOB APPLICANTS: To manage the personnel selection process.
- WEBSITE USERS: To manage the analysis of your browsing data.

How long will we retain your personal data?
Your data will be retained for the minimum period necessary to provide the service offered, as well as to address any liabilities that may arise from it and to comply with any other legal obligations.

- Public authorities with competence in the sectors related to Fundación Salud por Derecho’s activities, where required by applicable law.
Are international data transfers made?
Data may be transferred to Microsoft INC. for the maintenance of Microsoft 365 / OneDrive cloud services, and to The Rocket Science Group LLC for the sending of emails and newsletters. However, to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data, appropriate safeguards have been adopted through an Adequacy Decision. You may request these safeguards at saludporderecho@saludporderecho.org.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Where applicable, data subjects may exercise the following data protection rights:
- Right to request access to personal data relating to you.
- Right to rectification or erasure.
- Right to object.
- Right to request restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.

If a data subject believes that their personal data is not being processed correctly by Fundación Salud por Derecho or that requests to exercise rights have not been satisfactorily addressed, they may file a complaint with the corresponding data protection authority, with the AEPD being the competent authority in Spain: www.aepd.es.

To safeguard your personal data, we have adopted all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the personal data provided, in order to prevent alteration, loss, and/or unauthorized processing or access, as required by applicable law. However, absolute security does not exist.
